My work with clients in single settings - the coaching - happens in the context of a supportive, non-directive accompaniment. This type of facilitation aims to make you see your own solutions, your own path and, ultimately, your own truth. Only what YOU can clearly see and recognize inside, can be felt right for YOU.

Your benefit of our coaching sessions - and therefore our common goal - is the reactivation of your own resources, which consists of your inner knowledge and own wisdom. These are already present, but often obscured by burdensome thoughts and beliefs. In the session, I support you in identifying what seems to stand between your peace and happiness. Then we examine its real truth - YOUR truth. Whatever may appear in a session is welcome. It is considered a useful reference for further work and is valued as a appropriate expression of your present world of thoughts and feelings.

Our individual sessions take place in a secure space and an open, respectful and appreciative atmosphere. For all coachings, seminars and other offers, I follow the ethics code of the vtw (Association for The Work) which you can read here.

It is also possible to make individual sessions via Skype.

Another option that you can use for even more intensive coaching is the residential coaching. Here you book a 4-hour or 6-hour coaching package, which offers plenty of room due to the greater amount of time in order to go even further into the depths. This setting is completely tailored to you and thus offers a high potential for change in a comparably short time.

For legal reasons, I point out that I do not make any medical, psychiatric or medical diagnoses or treatments in my sessions. The consultation does not replace medical, psychiatric or medical therapies and can be used at any time as a supplement.

Conflict resolution

Coaching for conflicts between e.g. Couples, parents / children, colleagues, etc.

A good way to handle conflicts is to approach them together with the affected person. The willingness of the two parties to face up to the dispute alone provides a fertile ground for a solution to the conflict. Once clarification has taken place on the emotional level and an approximation has been achieved, the way is clear for the common finding of a solution on the factual level that is consistent for both.

Frequently, however, conflicts circle in endless loops and it seems hopelessly without external help.

In the protective, non-judgmental and structured framework of coaching, the conflict can be addressed in a different, new way. The companion keeps a respectful space and leads the participants through their process.

If the conflict clears up in the process, it is sometimes no longer a problem at the factual level. If a factual problem persists, those involved will now be able to approach it from an extended perspective. A real communication was made possible and the conflict finally dissolves.

Forgivness

A common type of suffering is being unable to forgive others or oneself. This topic "deserves" a separate consideration. Something has happened in the past that we still do not accept and that seems immutable to us. We quarrel with ourselves, a situation or have a grudge against a person. We hold on to our resentment (often unconsciously) and thus block a free and lightly felt life. We are convinced that we simply can not forgive.

At some point, we may realize that it just costs us too much life energy to continue holding on to our grudges.

But how does one hand out effectively and sustainably?

Forgetting the content of our grudges, or wanting to ignore them or make them redundant rarely works in the long run.

Instead, in coaching we look at exactly what we think and believe about ourselves, the situation, and / or the person.

Through this kind of reflection of what has happened, the willingness to forgive grows and ultimately it can happen on its own.
