1. Subject of the General Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Roland Funk (in the following provider) and the client / participant (in the following customer) in the use, payment and performance of offered and agreed services. They apply to all business transactions with the customer and are part of the contract. Deviating terms and conditions of the client do not apply.

2. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded by the order placement of the customer and the corresponding order acceptance of the provider. The order can be placed by the customer and the order can be accepted by the provider by e-mail, a written order or verbally by telephone or personally.

3. Right of withdrawal

The customer has a four-week written right of withdrawal after receipt of the order confirmation by the provider. This right of revocation expires if the provider provides the service after consultation with the customer before the deadline or the customer has already used the service.

4. Place and time of activity

The coaching usually takes place in the practice of the provider, in exceptional cases with the client on site. Exceptions may be agreed individually upon mutual agreement and mutual agreement. Time or appointments for coachings are agreed in the contract. The provider will act only after conclusion of the contract.

Seminars, workshops and / or lectures will be held locally as specified in the respective call. This may be the practice of the provider or other locations such as e.g. Retreat houses, bookstores, other practices, etc. The tenders can be found on the homepage of the provider, additionally and optionally on various relevant Internet portals and social media (facebook), as well as physically in the form of posters in public places (shops, bulletin boards , etc.)

5. Liability and warranty

The provider will personally perform all commissioned services and work to the best of his knowledge and belief. All documents, information, data and acquired knowledge, provided to the provider during the provision of the service, concerning the customer, are treated confidentially even after the end of the business relationship or of the concluded contract and are not made accessible to third parties.

The provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence and in the case of a legal liability only up to the amount of the contract value (agreed fee, participation fee)

The provider provides the services ordered at the contractually agreed date. He tries to keep this to the best of his knowledge and belief. If an appointment can not be performed by one of the parties, a replacement date is agreed. Appointments that can not be met by the client must be canceled at least 48 hours before the event. In case of cancellation 50% of the agreed fee will be charged.

6. Fee and payment terms

For commissioned and provided services, the respectively valid fee (specified at the time of commissioning on the homepage) or (possibly individually) agreed fee will be due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. The client pays cash on the agreed date or transfers upon receipt of the invoice.
