1. Scope

Registration takes place in writing and is carried out under the following conditions. Deviating regulations must be in writing. These terms and conditions have priority over conflicting terms and conditions of the client, in the following called "participant".

2. Registrations

The number of participants is limited to 12. The registrations of the participant are binding. The provider confirms the registration by sending a written confirmation / mail after receipt of the participation fee.

Registration will only be valid after receipt of the participation fee.

4. Cancellations

In case of withdrawal up to 14 days before the beginning of the seminar, 25% and up to 7 days before the start of the seminar 50% of the seminar price will be due as a processing fee. Thereafter, a cancellation with repayment of the participation fee is no longer possible. However, a substitute participant can be named.

On presentation of a medical certificate, the fees already paid less 30 € processing fee will be refunded.

5. Room reservations and arrival and departure

For possible room reservations and their settlement, the participant is responsible and responsible to the property. The participant enters into a separate contract with the property when reserving the room. For arrival and departure, the participant is responsible and responsible.

6. Liability

The participant declares that he is physically and physically able to attend the course. If the participant is unsure about this, he will ask for medical attention.

7. Cancellation

If the minimum number of participants or personal prevention of the seminar leader is not achieved, the provider has the right to cancel the event. Participants will be informed in good time and will receive back any fees paid for the seminar. Further compensation can not be claimed.

8. Effectiveness

Any ineffectiveness of one or more provisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The parties will implement the conditions with an effective substitute provision which comes closest to the purpose of the omitted provision.
