Welcome to my homepage. I am glad that your way has led you here. My offers include individual sessions, seminars, workshops and lectures with which I would like to support you in your request. Seminars and public events like lectures, are presently held in german language. If you are interested in seminars in english and you are at least two persons, please contact me to arrange an event for you and your group of people.

In all of my offerings, we use the simple yet powerful process of "The Work of Byron Katie," which can sustainably change your life for the better. The focus of my work is always practice-oriented and has the goal of independently implementing the process in everyday life. The group size in seminars is deliberately geared to two to eight people in order to provide an intensive experience.

During the coaching sessions you have the choice to do it alone, together with your partner or to book with family members.

A special form of the individual meeting is the so-called "Residential Coaching", which is individually tailored to your concerns and topics. The Residential is a wonderful opportunity to work on your topics deeply and sustainably in one session (4 or 6 hours).
