In order to offer you as a client or seminar participant a criterion for professional and high-quality work, the "Association for The Work" (vtw) has written guidelines and guidelines for the German-speaking countries. This criterion is the seal "Coach for The Work of Byron Katie (vtw)".

The seal is awarded by recognition by the association, which is subject to certain conditions These are, on the one hand, standardized training requirements (scope, self-awareness, supervision, status of the instructor) and the obligation to comply with the ethics code drawn up by the vtw.

In order to maintain this once acquired level of quality - and thus the vtw recognition - the coaches recognized by the association must continue to take part regularly in training courses and further education within the framework of The Work, even after completion of the training and recognition. Thus, it is ensured that the quality level of the coach's work continues over time.
